CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests: Please provide 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made under 12 hours will incur 50% of the service fee. First-time no-shows without notice cannot be rescheduled. Arrive no more than 10 minutes early; late arrivals may shorten your session. For children and teens, a parent or guardian must remain on-site and sign off on treatment. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm, restorative environment for everyone.

LMT, CMLT & Founder of Harmony + Glow Studio Ashley Taylor is the founder of Harmony + Glow Studio, a wellness space created to support healing, balance, and renewal. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist dedicated to helping clients relax, recover, and reconnect with their bodies. Since graduating from Gateway Community and Technical College in 2014, Ashley has expanded her training in oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, prenatal care, pediatric massage, sports therapy, and relaxation techniques. Her partnership with the Santrina Strong Foundation holds special meaning, allowing her to provide gentle, supportive care to those navigating cancer—an experience close to her heart. A proud Ludlow High School graduate, Ashley is passionate about serving her community and creating a welcoming environment where every client feels cared for. Outside her practice, she leads a homeschool group and enjoys riding motorcycles, kayaking, traveling, and exploring new local spots with her daughter and boyfriend.
